Grolleau IGP Val de Loire


Area of Production :
a red wine produced on clayey and chalky soils.

Method of Production :
hand-picked and made with carbonic maceration, Grolleau grapes give light, pleasant red wines with dark ruby colour and a fruity bouquet of cherry and blueberry. They are light,  with a pleasant fruity taste.

Serving Suggestions :
served at 10 /11°. Very nice with charcuterie dishes as “rillons”, poultry but also stewed beef and cheeses.
