Area of production :
A dry white wine grown on 10 ha area with predominantly flinty and sandy soils.

Method of Production :
Made from Sauvignon grape. It is well-harmonized between the floral and the mineral aromas.

Serving suggestions :
Serve chilled between 8/10° C with shellfish, fishes like sole, salmon or trout , mixed salad. Excellent as aperitif .
