Saumur Champigny AOC


Area of production :
Red wine grown on chalky soils.

Method of Production :
Made from the Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is a generous ruby wine with a full, rich character and flavours of red fruit.

Serving suggestions :
When young, it can be served chilled at around 12° with red meat, venations and cheeses. After a few years, it can be served at around 14/15° allowing its more complex and rounded characteristics to develop.
